Tanner James Pennington
Marketing Administrative Assistant

Tanner’s passion for marketing can be traced back to his pre-university days. Whether as a spokesperson for the Lillian Osborne High School music program or as the marketing director for his own music career, he has well over a decade of experience in sales and is completely committed to a high set of standards that have allowed him to surpass monthly sales targets. In 2010, he began working in retail as an associate, was promoted to cashier and eventually became a key holder.
 
He started at the Shoe Company in 2011, then worked for Urban Outfitters and The Liquor Depot and after arriving in Vancouver in April 2016, he began working for Rogers Communications. In 2018, he graduated from Capilano University where he studied marketing and advertising and was immediately employed as the Marketing Administrative Assistant at Macdonald Commercial Real Estate.
 
Tanner has experience supervising an inclusive out of school care program for children ages 6 to 12 and managing a team of 4. He assists in the marketing of his programs and was recognized as the employee of the month, twice within the last two years. Currently, Tanner is the Marketing Administrative Assistant for Cheryl Davie at Re/Max Crest Realty where he is the creative mind behind the online social media presence and works the camera recording and editing videos.
 
Whenever Tanner is asked what his favourite part of his job is, he can’t resist but acknowledge the relationships he develops while being completely determined and dedicated to providing world class service.
